A piece for clarinet, violin, viola, cello, and bass that uses string harmonics and pizzicato. It characterizes a flowing, drifting, and floating light wind.
I'm writing this piece for the Piano, Violin, Cello and Clarinet, I haven't come up with a name for it yet though. Of course I sitll have a lot of work to do as I only have a few bars so far, I'm shooting for something sort of like a march and I am liking the way it sounds so far.
A lively medley of 3 original fiddle tunes for a string quartet. Runs approximately 1:30.
This piece is a tone poem, each of the different sections representing a different color I see in nature. In order, the sections are "spring roots", "amber waves of sugar", "a flash of scarlet in the woods", and "as the sunlight hits the yellowing leaves of an aspen".
