Pottery Song 1&2 Movement

Composer Name
Aiemi Bradford
Description

These two songs were made to be movements (unsure how many). Both songs were made for a piece of pottery that is very unconventional (broken house with an octopus leg and vivid colors). I was thinking to write songs that are unconventional (minimalism genre, fusion music, etc) that go along with the pot (motifs for parts of the pot, etc). The 1st song is the structure of the pot while the 2nd is the feelings it/maker had. Will probably change genre/key/harmony/instrument/unsure if too close to stimulus (mostly just ideas).

1st song: Inspired by Long Season by Fishmans. I wanted motifs to represent different parts of the pot (ex the piano arpeggio is the octopus leg, the bass the brown splashes) and come together yet sound musical.

2nd song: Inspired by Baby Blue by Fishmans. Fusion reggae/pop/rock so maybe unconventional (will maybe change genre). Simple pop structure. I wanted this to be less strange than the 1st song because it's more about the emotions. It has the piano arpeggio because I wanted to unify them.
