Duet Opus 39

Composer Name

Description

My introduction to my piece at Opus 39:

Good evening.  My name is Lyle Johnson.  I go to Champlain Elementary School in Burlington, Vermont.  The piece you are about to hear is called "Duet." "Duet" was orginally supposed to be a temporary name, but as time progressed and I neared the end of writing my song, I thought that "duet" would be a good fit given the fact that there are two instruments playing together. I would also like to thank my music teacher, Miss Betsy Greene. She supported me through writing this piece.  And thank you to Mike Close, my mentor.  I hope you enjoy my piece.
