“This is a piano piece intended to complement another song I wrote and completed a while ago called "The Dancer", which I never put on Noteflight. The main melody of the original "Dancer" is very similar to a few sections of this song, and "The Dancer" ends on the note that "The Dancer: Part II" starts on. I have found the title for the original "Dancer" to be quite fitting, and both pieces have some similar sounds in them and should evoke similar imagery; of a graceful dancer performing in a variety of styles.”
