Dance of the Wild
Grade 7, Edmunds Middle School
"Dance of the Wild is fast and vigorous with a salsa drum beat. It is in E Minor at 150 beats per minute and uses the trumpet, piano, xylophone, and drums. I chose the name "Dance of the Wild" because to me it sounds like a song about exotic wild creatures. The trumpet and occasionally the xylophone play the main melody as the piano plays in the background and the drums set the beat."
